Who can use Hey Tango

• You must be 18 or older. By signing up you confirm that you are.
• You must not be required to register as a sex offender, and must not have been banned from Hey Tango before.
• The information you give us must be true, and you may only have one account.
• You are responsible for your account, so keep your password and recovery code private.

How Hey Tango works

People swipe on written bio lines. When two people like each other they match and can chat. Photos stay hidden until the match has had a real conversation and both people separately ask to unlock them. We may add, change or remove features, or pause or stop the service, at any time. We will try to give notice for anything major, but cannot always promise that.

Be decent

You agree not to use Hey Tango to:

• harass, threaten, pressure or abuse anyone, or keep messaging someone who has asked you to stop;
• pretend to be someone else, or use a fake or misleading profile;
• post sexual, hateful, violent or illegal content, or anything involving people under 18;
• ask for money, promote a product or service, or run scams;
• share, screenshot or repost another person's photo or messages without their permission;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.

Your content

You own what you write and upload. You give us a licence, worldwide and free of charge, to store it, back it up and show it to other people only as Hey Tango is designed to work: bios, matches, chat, and a revealed photo once you both unlock it. This licence ends when you delete that content or close your account, aside from copies we briefly keep for backups or for safety records after a report. You promise you have the right to share whatever you post.

If something infringes your rights

If you believe something posted on Hey Tango infringes your copyright or other rights, including someone using your name or photo without your permission, whether or not you have a Hey Tango account yourself, write to omniglobal.one@gmail.com with what it is and where it appears, and we will review it.

Meeting people and events

• We do not run background checks and we cannot verify what people tell us. Use your own judgement.
• If you meet someone in person, choose a public place, tell a friend, and leave if anything feels wrong.
• Event listings are provided for information. Organisers, venues and details can change, so check before you go. We are not responsible for what happens at an event.

Airtime competition

From time to time, Hey Tango may run an airtime competition for eligible users in Zimbabwe who complete the required account setup. Entering the competition does not guarantee a prize, and not winning gives you no claim against Hey Tango. Whether you win is decided automatically and randomly against odds we set, each time you become eligible for an entry, such as on completing setup, after further activity in the app, or by inviting friends who join and complete their own setup.

• Each voucher may be claimed once, by one account.
• We may void, cancel or revoke any voucher or prize obtained through abuse, including multiple accounts, referral farming, automation, or any attempt to bypass these rules, and may suspend the accounts involved.
• If you win, you choose which mobile network to redeem your prize on. You redeem the voucher code yourself. Delivery of any airtime prize depends on that network operator, which we do not control and are not responsible for.
• We may change, pause or end this competition at any time, including its odds, entries or prize stock, without notice or liability.

Events and other pages on Hey Tango may link to external venue or organiser sites. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

Reports, blocks and removal

You can report or block anyone and report any event. We may remove content, limit features or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, with or without notice. You can stop using Hey Tango at any time. If you think an action taken against your account was a mistake, write to omniglobal.one@gmail.com and we will take a look.

No guarantees

Hey Tango is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or error free, or that you will find a match. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for what other people on the service do. Hey Tango does not charge for use today, so if the law lets us set a cap, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to whatever you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which right now is nothing.

You protect us too

If your use of Hey Tango, or something you post, gets us into a legal dispute with someone else, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and damages from that, as long as it came from your actions and not ours.

Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem, contact us first at omniglobal.one@gmail.com so we can try to sort it out directly. These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and any dispute we cannot resolve directly will be handled by the courts there.

A few more things

• If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
• These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Hey Tango.
• If we do not act on a breach right away, that does not mean we give up the right to act on it later.
• We may transfer these terms if Hey Tango is sold or restructured. You may not transfer your account.
• We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by something reasonably outside our control, such as a power, internet or service outage.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is meaningful we will tell you in the app, and continuing to use Hey Tango after that means you accept the updated terms.
